These Terms of Business apply to the services provided by Enabled Services.
Enabled Services provides consultancy, business support and training services. Details of services and deliverables will be agreed with clients before work begins.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing.
Training and consultancy sessions may be rescheduled by mutual agreement. Cancellation terms will be agreed at the point of booking where applicable.
Enabled Services will use reasonable skill and care in providing services but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
Information shared by clients will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
